Will I receive ongoing support?
You’ll have on-demand access to your instructor for questions, with a 48-hour response time for personalized guidance and clarification. Optional live Q&A opportunities may be available for additional support. This structure ensures you get timely help while keeping the flexibility to learn whenever it works best for you.
Do you offer refunds?
At this time, we do not offer refunds. Because all course materials, resources, and instructor support are available immediately upon enrollment, all sales are final. If you have questions before signing up or want help determining whether the course is the right fit, we’re happy to assist you before you enroll.
How long does it take to complete the course?
The course is self-paced and designed to be completed within 4 months (16-weeks) or less, depending on your schedule. Your enrollment period begins on the date of purchase, and you can log in and study at any time—there are no required class meetings or specific login times (at this time).
